In view of the entry into force of the new General Statute of the Legal Profession, which modifies many aspects of the syllabus, the Notes to prepare for the entrance exam to the Legal Profession, which I have been making available every year to the candidates to the same, are updated and, what is more important, they change their format.
The new edition of the Notes, updated to the new General Statute of the Bar, to the latest developments in the area of Free Justice, as well as to the other reforms that have recently come into force and that will be the subject of the entrance exam in 2022, will be published early next year 2022.
However, the Apuntes will abandon the online downloadable PDF format of previous years. They will gain in quality, usefulness and content, and will become a manual, Vademecum-style, which will be available in both electronic and paper format. They will lose the free nature of previous editions, but will gain in quality and content.
In addition, the book will no longer be limited to the general part of the entrance exam, as up to now, but, by popular demand, will include the special parts of the different subjects.
